Pachavit Kasemsap, M.D.

Dr. Kasemsap grew up in New Mexico. He graduated from New Mexico State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.

Dr. Kasemsap earned his medical degree at Washington University in St Louis. He completed his General Surgery internship at Wilford Hall US Air Force Medical Center. He then entered active duty and served three years as a Flight Surgeon at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. He deployed on multiple campaigns during the Gulf War. After this tour, Dr. Kasemsap took a leave of absence from the Air Force to complete his General Surgery training at University of Illinois at Chicago. He then returned to active duty for five more years. His second tour included assignments to Korea, the Middle East, and Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. He separated from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel.

Dr. Kasemsap is board-certified in General Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, the American Society of General Surgeons, the American Medical Association, and the Florida Medical Association. Dr. Kasemsap's practice spans the field of General Surgery and includes hernia, breast, endocrine, gastrointestinal, colorectal, cancer, and advanced laparoscopic surgery.

Dr. Kasemsap stays very close to his parents and sister, who is a pediatrician. In his spare time he enjoys exercising, swimming, golf, movies, music, plays, concerts, and theme parks.
