Albert Esmailzadeh, M.D.

…is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as Pain Medicine.

In addition to being a member of the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Dr. Esmailzadeh is also a member of the American Academy of Pain Medicine, International Spine Intervention Society and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Esmailzadeh attended the University of Texas where he majored in biology and chemistry receiving his Bachelor’s Degree, he attended medical school at Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. After completing a one-year internship with the University of Maryland in Baltimore he completed his residency and served as chief resident with SUNY in Stonybrook, NY. Dr. Esmailzadeh chose to continue his education through a Pain Medicine Fellowship with the University of Texas.

Within his practice, Dr. Esmailzadeh’s special focus is interventional pain management including: acute and chronic pain, myofascial, cancer, RSD, arthritis related disorders and sport medicine.
