Thomas Hoffman, M.D.

...is Board-Certified in Neurology and Electrodiagnostic medicine. Dr. Hoffman is a graduate of Duke University and completed his medical training and residency at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Hoffman has been in practice in Melbourne since 1982. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Dr. Hoffman is a Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology and is past president of the Florida Society of Neurology. He is also a past President of the Holmes Regional Medical Center Medical Staff.

Dr. Hoffman is married with one child. He enjoys long distance running and bicycling.
