Stacia Poole, M.D.

...received her undergraduate degree in Microbiology from the University of Florida before moving to Tampa to pursue her medical education. There she attended the University of South Florida College of Medicine where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and received several academic honors, including election to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. Dr. Poole continued her post graduate work at USF, completing an internship and residency in Internal Medicine during which she served as Chief Resident and was named the outstanding resident in Internal Medicine.

After three additional years of subspecialty training in Dermatology she joined the USF faculty and assumed a position as the Chief of Dermatology at the Bay Pines VA Medical Center.

Dr. Poole is Board Certified in Dermatology and Internal Medicine and has published several articles in national medical journals. She is a member of the American Medical Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
