Our #1 Goal is Patient Satisfaction

Each month, Osler Medical sends out a Patient Satisfaction survey to 500 random patients. The purpose of this survey is to gain a better understanding of what our patients look for in a medical practice, areas where we might be able to improve, and of course, areas where our patients are pleased!
